Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The artwork is returned in its original condition, without damage or alterations.
- The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Email us at info@champa.art with your order details and reason for the return. Attach photos if the artwork is damaged or defective. - Approval:
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. - Shipping:
- Pack the artwork securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for artworks of equal value if:
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The original artwork is returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
- Artworks damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
