Each piece is uniquely handcrafted
Your artwork is meticulously created based on your photos, ideas, or vision. As a result, every piece is one of a kind. -
The creation process takes time
Custom artwork requires careful attention to detail. Depending on the size and complexity, completion may take [insert timeframe, e.g., 2–4 weeks]. You will receive updates throughout the process. -
Clear communication enhances results
Providing detailed references—such as photos, color preferences, and specific requests—helps me bring your vision to life accurately. I am happy to discuss any questions before beginning your piece. -
25 % Upfront fees
To establish a clear commitment between the customer and Champa Art Studios for the creation of a custom drawing, the studio requires a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit compensates for the artist’s time and effort in the event that the customer decides not to proceed with the completion of the artwork after work has commenced. -
All sales are final
Due to the custom nature of each artwork, refunds cannot be provided once work has begun. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, I will make every effort to repair or replace it.

Care and Protection
This unframed art piece is carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube with protectors to ensure they arrive safely without any damage, and the package is handled with the utmost care to guarantee the safety of your artwork during transit.
Custom Art Return Policy
- Order Changes: You may request modifications or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- Approval Process: If applicable, a preliminary sketch or preview will be provided for your review before finalizing the artwork.
- Revisions: Minor adjustments, such as color modifications or small detail refinements, may be accommodated depending on the medium and stage of completion.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, returns and refunds cannot be accepted once the final piece has been completed and delivered.
- Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify me within three days of receipt, including photos of the damage. I will make every effort to repair or replace the piece.
